Nu Yalk

OUR PLACE

In 1978, the Crocitto family moved to Reno, NV. We brought with us our original family pizza recipe first introduced on Staten Island, NY, in 1919. While we have always used the finest ingredients available, we now use certified organic products in all our pizza. Our tomato sauce and dough are made fresh daily using only organic tomatoes and flour, and our spices are locally sourced in Reno from High Quality Organics. Extra-virgin olive oil is used on all our pizzas as well as real whole milk Mozzarella and imported Italian Pecorino Romano cheese. So, the next time you take a bite, remember there is pizza… then there is “Nu Yalk Pizza.”
